My story
From Peasant…
Starting out in the online space as an Etiquette Expert has been the hardest and most frustrating venture EVER! I gave away top information and best practices and my heart and soul at every turn. I tried to spread my message of love and kindness and peace. I spent
10's of thousands of $$$
on etiquette training and online marketing training.
As anyone can attest, I was no social media or online marketing queen. Not by a long shot. Because today’s business relies on it, I was flailing at every turn. I watched webinars, went to conventions, and joined every email list that offered even the slightest hope of success. I “know” the tips from top experts.
But for some reason, nothing gelled for me. Facebook posts got little likes and shares, Instagram was fun but I felt I was hitting a wall. LinkedIn was a mystery and I was totally flabbergasted with Twitter.
And Snapchat –whaaat?
I ran out of
money
hope
energy
I was desperate. Then I was scared. And then I was ready to face the inevitable.
Dream Death.
Another Message bites the dust.
It was humiliating. My loved ones didn’t understand me at all. I didn’t even understand me. I spent two years racking up failure after failure. It hurt. A lot.
To Queen 👑
Enter Periscope. And everything has changed. I finally LOVE social media. I love scoping, watching scopes, chatting, other people’s comments, the interaction –everything! I have met really fabulous people and strengthened relationships I already had. I’m finally succeeding and making a difference in people’s lives.
Now I get to earn a living while having an absolute blast! I get to help others make make a living with their message in a way that makes sense to me, using my natural abilities and skill sets.

My dear friend, Johnny, aka @chocolatejohnny / @perfectionchocs made a comment that I should be the Periscope Queen. And I took it! I ran so fast with that because it resonated with every bit of the years of struggle and learning and experience.
BLAB
Then along came Blab and it is also so much fun! This lead me to acquire my first talent client. He sought me out after a Blab interview and hired me to be his PERSONAL MANAGER.
And the funny part is, now the etiquette side of it all is getting noticed and I have been quoted in articles in the online TODAY SHOW and CAREER BUILDER and clients are finding me via Google all the time now. Things have changed a lot for this girl!
